General Questions

At National Biomedical, we maintain Professional Liability (Products – Completed Operations) Insurance additionally to our General Liability Insurance.

Programs like Preventative Maintenance, and Safety Inspection are driven by quantity and type of medical equipment as well as testing frequency at your facility. 

Our preferred clients get multiple years of price stability. Also, discounts are based on the number of equipment. Pricing may change with the change in number of equipment.

Services Questions

We work on various medical equipment (including dental equipment). Please contact us for more info.

During our visit, if we find any equipment having a simple issue then we repair it with no additional labor cost. Clients would only pay for parts. 

If it is a major repair then we may provide you with an estimate for repair. Major repairs are only performed with clients approval.

We provide a completed record book (printed or e-file) after our visit. This would provide you with a detailed report for all your equipment.

We can also provide customized records or reports based on your requirements.

Emergency Questions

We do provide after hours emergency services based on availability of our technicians. Clients may incur slightly higher labor cost for this service. 

If we have similar equipment available then we provide it for FREE till the repair is complete. We only charge you if it is a specialized equipment or we have to rent it for you.

We provide labor warranty on our repairs for up to 90 days. If the equipment fails due to failure of the replaced part(s), then we discount 50% off of labor cost to repair it again.
